Content Policy
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order submitted, completely at our discretion, based on the graphic or text content of the product being ordered, or for any other reason.
These areas include but or not limited to: any nudity, adult entertainment websites, xxx videos, night clubs, strippers, dancers, etc, racial predudice, profanity, offensive material, and representation of illegal drugs/activity.
Should an order be placed with any content that is deemed objectionable, the customers charge will be either cancelled or a credit will be issued.

Delivery
Isis Image Design LLC cannot be held liable for printing products that are damaged, lost or delayed when delivered by third parties.
Submitting Your Own Artwork
Customers who send in their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined on the FAQ page. We will print whatever you submit, but take no responsibility for artwork mistakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted does not violate copyright laws. We will assume your artwork is legally yours.
Cancellations
No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to print or that our design team has already beganworking on. In the case of a cancellation on an order where no files have been prepared for printing and no design work has begun, a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Our Quality Gurantee
Should your print job contain manufacturing defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. Isis Image Design LLC reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error or defect is. On a case by case basis we will investigate and determine if the damage was due to negligence on our part. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 443-977-4858 so we can handle your reprint request. If a return is granted, you must return every single sheet, or item, that was sent to you unused. We appreciate your adherence and acceptance of these conditions.
Promotional Use
Anyone who places any order with Isis Image Deisgn in any form agrees to allow Isis Image Design the right to use any produced material and printed product, in part or in whole, for promotional purposes in Printed Media, Internet, Audio and any form of Electronic use as it is related to the IsisImageDesign.com website and printing services. If you do not desire to have your printed product featured, inform Isis Image Design in writing by sending your request to info@isisimagedesign.com.
