Accepted File Formats
We accept .tif, .eps, .jpg, and .pdf files for print jobs. Fonts must be embedded in PDF files. For EPS files, fonts must be outlined or converted to paths or curves.
Bleed / Trim
A bleed is the portion of the card that will be trimmed off when cut to the final size. The purpose of a bleed is to print the color, image, or design in the background of your image to the edge. Please allow all backgrounds and background images 1/8" on all sides. Contact us if you need a template for one of our products.
Resolution
We recommend that all images used are at least 300dpi for printing purposes. Submitting files with a higher resolution than 300dpi is not necessary.
Color
We require that all submitted files be saved in CMYK to ensure color accuracy as all RGB submitted files are converted to CMYK. Printing is done in CMYK - Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black.
Compression
We suggest compressing your file(s) using WinZip or StuffIt to decrease file size. Compressed files can be emailed to art@isisimagedesign.comafter you submit your order or uploaded during the checkout process. If you email artwork, please indicate your order number in the subject line.
Upon request we offer customers the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
